Agilent HP 4062UX 4062 ux 4062A 4062B 4062C semiconductor parameter analyzer can be configured many different ways with up to either 48 or 96 pin card / relay cards , depending on the switch matrix used. The 4062UX uses HP 4085A or 4085B switch matrixs and can utilize up to 48 pins , and the 4089A can use 96 pins. The 4084A or 4084B switch matrix controller is used. The 4062UX is usually configured to include a capacitance meter of either a 4280A or an 4284A , and an HP 4142B with multiple source measurement units.
